January 29, 2025 to February 2, 2025

 

Depart Wednesday, January 29, 2025, 8am from Boise Outlet Mall to Bozeman, MT (approx 8hrs)
Return Sunday, February 2, 2025, 8am from Bozeman to Boise outlet Mall (approx. 8 hrs)
3 days skiing at Big Sky Mountain (Bridger Bowl is no longer participating with Bogus Basin/Powder Highway reciprocal lift tickets as in the past, so I’m not scheduling it.)
4 nights lodging at the C’Mon Inn, Bozeman. MT   
  - Breakfast included
  - Porter Fee included
  - Five (5) indoor hot tubs
Restaurants for dinner nearby
Hoping to schedule bus ride downtown for dinner one evening (TBD)
Depart hotel 8am each morning for mountain, return from mountain 4pm
Welcome party at hotel
Beverages and snacks on bus 

COST

Prices based upon a minimum of 30 people riding the bus

$980.00 per person double occupancy, includes bus, tips, beverages, snacks, Welcome party
$1,523.00 per person single occupancy, same as above

 

COST INCLUDING LIFT TICKETS AS DETAILED BELOW

$1,501.00 per person double occupancy with Adult Lift ticket which includes Tram access
$1,424.00 per person double occupancy with Senior Lift ticket which includes Tram access

$2,044.00 per person single occupancy with Adult Lift ticket which includes Tram access
$1,967.00 per person single occupancy with Senior Lift ticket which includes Tram access

SIGN UPS

October 1, 2024, half deposit due
November 22, 2024, remaining balance due (Trip may be cancelled if we do not have 30 riders)
Notice for individuals requesting a roommate.  Trip planner will help identify a roommate if possible. However if none is found, you are ultimately responsible for either paying the difference for a single room or cancelling your trip.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Provided we still have 30 people riding the bus, 100% of your bus allocation will be refunded
Hotel has a 100% refund policy up until November 28, 2024, after that no refund unless we can sell your room to a late joiner.

 

LIFT TICKETS

Ikon pass and Mountain Collective pass honored by Big Sky

2025 Lift Ticket prices, we have to provide Name and DOB for these tickets
  - 3 day adult tickets    $521.00 (included above )
  - 3 day senior tickets  $444.00 (included above)
Both these 3 day lift tickets include Tram to the top of the mountain access each day
No refund for ski lift tickets after final payment November 22, 2024 

 

Currently no travel insurance is offered through the travel agent for this trip, purchase on your own if needed.
