1.  Travel dates are May 20, 2024 through June 3. There is flexibility with return flights if people want to delay their return from Amsterdam or any other location. 
2.  The barge will accommodate 34 passengers.

     Air transportation from Boise to Brussels via Delta and KLM
     Transfer between Brussels airport and Bruges via private coach
     2 night accommodations in Bruges at the 5-star Dukes Hotel Bruges
     Breakfast buffet daily in Bruges

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

• 1st Payment due with registration 50% of total 
• 2nd Payment due Oct 1: 50%  of balance 
• 3rd Payment due Dec 1: 25% of balance
• Final Payment due Feb 1: remaining balance

or if registering after October 1, 2023

• First Deposit:  50% due upon completion of this registration.
• Next Payment:  25% due on December 1, 2023
• Final Payment:  Balance due on February 1, 2024

CANCELLATION GUIDELINES AND POLICY

Provided we have 34 travelers and are able to replace you.

• Nov 4-Dec 8,  your deposit less  $500
• Dec 9-Jan 10, your first 2 deposits less $800
• Jan 11-Feb 10, your deposits less $1200
• Feb 11-Mar 15, your final payment less 1800
• Mar 16- Apr 19, your final payment less $2500
• After April 19, 2024, no refund
• No shows are non-refundable.   

Name changes: allowed up to 60 days prior at no charge. After 60 days prior to departure may be charged $25-$350 depending on the airline.

Passports must be valid through 11/20/24. Standard passport renewal takes 3 to 4 months.
